The staff was helpful and kind, the front desk agents were especially helpful particularly jack and the lady that checked me in and out ( sorry don't remember her name but she had dark shoulder length hair)

Have stayed there several times before without any major issues. Hotel is a lot more run down now and is in much need of updating. The shower didn't work properly, the tub didn't drain, there was gobs of hair underneath drain cover. Very noisy if you have a room that faces front of building. Could not get any sleep for the outside noise. No maid service was provided during our stay. Desk clerk was not wearing her mask therefore not adhering to Covid-19 guidelines. Would not go back there again. Very disappointed based on prior stays there

This hotel used to be an absolute gem. Was disappointed to see how it had fallen into such disrepair. There’s no valet parking and the closest parking garage is four blocks away. Wouldn’t be too much of an issue, but with the streets shut down for COVID it’s hard to get to the front door. Room I was originally given had food on the floor, stained bed cover, and a window sill which hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Oh, and a broken desk chair. I called the front desk to request a different room and I was moved. The room was cleaned, but still very outdated. For the price of the room you’re better off staying at the Waterfront Marriott where the rooms are newer.

I happened to have a running toilet. Closing the bathroom door solved my noise problem during the night, but fixing that would have helped. The place is cool! I love the history. My room was very large. I kinda wanted a safe, but was fine without it.

Kareem set the bar high for customer focus!!! Amazing

We had a nice visit. Great place and historical. Baltimore has so much to offer.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Historic building with friendly staff. This is a great location in Fells Point.

A nice older hotel with character - located in a vibrant historic area.

Very convenient location. Historic. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We have stayed here in several occasions. The property is very clean as well as the rooms.

The hotel was okay. The management could update the bathtubs and entertainment. I was surprised to find out the entertainment fee was not included in my booking price. I was expecting to check out with no additional charge...but bam. I had to pay $19 for TV and wifi. Seem s like a rip-off considering these items are not longer premium product. Most guest expect to have these things to be standard. The hotel and stand to update the decor.

I always enjoy my stay at the Admiral when in town visiting family. Historic hotel with friendly staff unique rooms and terrific bartender Steve, and creative mixologist! Right in the heart of Fells Point.

The staff was friendly and accommodating although we never got the additional blanket we requested. The room furniture was frayed and quite old, it seemed. I realize it’s a somewhat historic hotel, but it needs a nice upgrade and heavy duty cleaning. The location is really great if you want to be on that part of town.

Loved staying here, staff went above and beyond for me. Only issue is that the walls are too thin or there was a tiny yappy dog stuck inside the wall.

Close to everything. Spent night with out two kids ages 9 and 11. Definitely would come back.

The staff was friendly and eager to make us feel welcome. I accidentally left behind a valuable item and, when called about it the next day (after we returned home), they immediately called me back with the great news that their housekeeping staff found it!! They mailed it to me that very day and I received it two days later!! The hotel is an old building, or as I understand it, a group of old buildings combined. We LOVE old buildings so we were charmed by multiple levels and odd angles. Our beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a mixture of quaint wooden shelves and sleek mirrors and glass & chrome. Walk about 100ft on the cobblestone street to the water taxi area where you can catch a ride to so many other great Baltimore Harbor attractions. With the wide variety of local restaurants, taverns and an ice cream parlor, we wanted to stay for a long time. However, we had to get back home, but we definitely plan to stay here again soon!!
