Raul was very helpful and got an extra bed in for us to accommodate. Thank you so much!

They did let us check in an hour early. Soon as we walked in we noticed the window AC on the widow. It was in the mid 80 degrees, took almost all day to cool off. We were so miserable. The room was big but dirty. There were roaches crawling In the shower when we were showering!! So disgusting. The fridge had rust in between the freeer and fridge. We kept hearing a noise and the door stopper was just put up with tape on the wall and kept falling and had a huge whole. The old AC unit had some nasty yellow liquid on the wall. It was old, smelled and the worst room we have ever been in. The elevator floor was dirty and never cleaned. Mind you we stayed 3 days. You spend almost $300 a night you expect a nice room. This was such a horrible stay. And it’s too bad because it was our first time in Catalina. Do not stay here.

this is a perfect location, our view from the room was amazing! it was quite and away from the hustle and bustle of the main area

Excellent service. Close to everything

The view was the best part. The mini van shuttle had an issue so they used the back up. Boy am I glad the mini van was out of service. The little open air truck they picked us up in to me just added to the island feel and welcome.

If you want a pleasant stay without breaking the bank I highly recommend this hotel (although it is older and in need of some repair). We had a wonderful view and the room had everything we needed … and more. Great location and super nice staff.

Managed to check in by noon on July 5th so that was a big plus. Room was dated but clean and nice with a balcony and view over Avalon. Staff were extremely friendly and attentative. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff made it excellent. The rooms are a bit outdated, but if you are traveling on a budget that's fine. It is up on a hill that is steep, but the exercise is great! Definitely be ready for a lot of walking to and from. I'll definitely be back.

Great budget hotel. Clean, and had everything we needed. No mistaking there was deferred maintenance, and time for a facelift, but we had a large room with a view of Avalon and the Harbor. I would stay again.

Great view. Good location not too far from town. Staff was really helpful

Fridge was SO loud! Broken window. Stairs down to two locked doors...very creepy. Dead bugs on window sills. Blue painted window in shower. Cords hanging from TV. Same linens for 5 days. Tough hike up two hills to get there.

Raul really tried to make this whole thing work but the condition of the rooms and the facility in general were just below acceptable.

Great location and great staff service. Everybody was very friendly, especially Brody, Raul, and Kim. I'm looking forward to going back in 2 months.

The staff were nice and friendly. The price was reasonable and it was in a desirable and quiet area.

Hot tub was closed an hour early than posted. Asked about it and they said it would be open but they did it again the second night of our stay and we never got to use it.

amazing owner and amazing staff, we had such a great time. Clean and comfortable. We are for sure coming back !
