The staff were very accommodating. The location is an area that has a lot of construction present and homeless camps are nearby. Area does not have walkable spaces. You would want to have a car if staying here. The rooms are kept clean, but the property is aging and it shows.

Property seem clean from outside, safe and gate around property. Room was okay, had a unusual smell. It was only for 1 night so we didn't mind. Breakfast was okay, due to COVID food options limited.

The beds were nasty and stained they charged me money without letting me know I would need extra

TV remote didn't work. Deluxe room with city view is hardly deluxe with no view. Its 3 floors. Deluxe is on the second facing an apartment complex.

They have onsite parking but not enough parking spaces to accommodate guests. I had to park in the grass adjacent to the hotel. The rooms also have a weird baby powder smell to them, they was a dead roach on the floor.

The hotel inviting lobby and friendly staff, the fresh fragrance once you walk in. Room had everything I needed extra towels and toilet paper back up. My only complaint is the iron was old and leaked water on my clothes rm 321. Complimentary breakfast or buffet breakfast 🤔 idk but I ate ever bit of my fresh cinnamon roll, eggs, sausage, fruit cup, cereal, and all the pulpy lemonade wanted. Checkout was simple kind easy and simple. If in Austin TX again will only stay here.

Everting is good when I staying in this place that only thing is Breakfast is not really good

Hotel was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a decent low-price hotel.

Nice hotel, with the most comfortable bed and pillows ever. That was pure heaven.

Great location and value . It was clean and easy to find. I would stay there again.

No frills and basic amenities. Good for a couple of nights stay. Ample parking. Comfortable and has free breakfast.

Overall, property was great. Only negative is the freeway noise.

I did not like their breakfast. Options are very limited. Staff were very nice. Room affordable.

The property was not in good condition at all. It smelled terribly.
