Nice king room, separated from the living area from the kids.

Dirty and outdated, the front desk lady looked like she didn't want to be there

Not much appeal to the property. Units appeared cluttered and constricted.

The restroom was super small, i didn't like that you couldn't open the door all the way.

The water was dripping in the shower when we go there. There was only two pillows and the front desk was resistant to give more. There was no vending machine, no ice machine, and the drain was missing from the shower and the bathroom faucet. The shower itself was torn up on the flooring. It was nice there was a microwave and a refrigerator, but I will probably not stay in an extended stay again after this stay.

They gave minimal pillows. No room service. The shower faucet was indefinitely running. There was no plug for the drain. No ice and no vending machine. Overall disappointing.

I still haven't received my refund. I called and was told to wait 7 days. And i still haven't received anything back.

Staff was friendly and nice. The a/c in the room didnt really work. Room was so so. It definitely shouldnt be worth more than $70 a night.

Nothin, the people in this hotel smoke mariguana, the restroom very dirty, not clean the room, the refrigerator not work, many insects, very bad services.

It was dirty and just plain GROSS! The bed had stained, the restroom looked dirty.

There were minor things that a closer attention to detai would have resolved. Refrigerator was dirty, stray hairs on clean towels, bathroom sink not properly cleaned.

Room was tiny. It appeared as though they did a very basic cleaning on the room. But it was still dirty. I found hairs in the shower, on the bathroom floor. Holes in the sheets. Would never stay there again.

Parents were going to stay in this hotel for 4 days. After the 1st 6 hours, my mom called me and said this is not a good hotel to stay in period

A pain. Room was smoking. Not aware that was the case when booked. Was not made clear that you have to request EVERYTHING that you would have expected in an extended stay. Requesting it was another pain, front desk was not maned all the time. Waits of 10 to 15 mins to talk to someone was normal.

I knew it was not going to be a great experience based on the price but I was disappointed more than expected. Light on the exterior was not working and I was right by a stairwell so did not feel safe at all. Only 1 towel upon arrival and it was stained. Upon sitting on the bed I felt something underneath the sheets and it was a wrapper. Only one roll of toilet paper. Phone did not work. Water smelled horrible and bath tub looked grungy.

Terrible hotel. Why do you ask? Well for one they didnt have any towels in the room and when I went to ask the front desk I was told they are short on towels but they had plenty of wash clothes. Thanks god i had a towel in my luggage. Smoke alarms were removed and battery was taken out. And the other one was all taped up...? Hmmm wonder why ...?

Love this hotel while I'm traveling on business. Yes it lacks the amenities of other hotels but the price is worth it. Friendly, helpful staff and clean room, I slept like a baby!

When I arrived at 11 pm (the hotel details on the confirmation said guests would be able to check in until 12 am), no one was there to open the doors to the front lobby and no one was at the front desk either. There was a phone on the side of the building for late check in (after 11 pm), but the phone did not work. Soon, several other people were stuck trying to check in. After an hour of calling the hotel and Orbitz, I was finally able to cancel the reservation, though it was a complete hassle to get a refund. I felt horrible for the many other visitors who weren't able to check in on a late night.
