When I got into the elevator its smelled like someone had just been smoking marijuana. The elevator was nasty and unsanitary. We got to the room and opened the door. The small was unbearable. The room wasnt clean and looked like someone threw up in the shower. My mom and wife were with me and it didnt go over well. my mom is 79 and was worried about the uncleanliness and covid situation. We spent about 10 min in the room and left. We reported it to the staff and left the hotel. Since i booked through orbitz there was nothing they could do about refunding my money. i asked Orbitz for a refund but havent seen a follow up email form them. I really would like a refund for this experienced was unacceptable compared to the reviews on Orbitz. Thanks Mike

Room was clean, good location, but limited parking.

As Weary traveler I overslept and they banged on my door at 11:01 Mind you check out wasn’t even disclosed when I checked in. They continued to bang on the door for 15 mins as I showered and got dressed.

I arrived To this hotel after a 10 hour drive to a SUITE that had yet to be cleaned or properly turned over . Mind u I arrived at 4pm a full hour after check in time. I had To wait an additional 40 minutes to get into my room. There was no additional accommodations made no offer to discount my room .. anything ! At $100 per night you expect better . The hotel sits in front of an abandoned hotel which rift raft tends to hang out in at night . I wont Book this again

The lobby, hallways, and rooms were nice and modern. The odd thing was there were no updates on the bathrooms at all. The coffee was delicious, but the rest of the breakfast did not work for me.
