Pros: price and location Cons: no microwave or fridge in room, no dresser, and compact (small) bathrooms

Staff was really friendly! Exceptional customer services! Even upgraded my room at no cost to me! Would definitely reccomend if you're passing through Augusta 😊

I love the convenience of the property but I dislike the condition of the hotel in room I feel as though it could be better up-to-date too cold

Dirty room, dirty towels, water leaks through a window when raining. Staff was quick to bring towels to dry the floor and around the window.

I have stayed a several Motel 6 locations around the country in my minor league baseball travels and this one is by far the worst location yet. For the absurd price they charge for Masters week it is clear that money is profited and not a signed cent is put back into the hotel. Slow uneducated staff, the key cards kept deactivating, and don’t even get me started on the unfit for living guest rooms. Never again, I would rather sleep in my car during Masters week than stay in this abomination of a hotel again. Take some pride in your location and contribute to the Patrons stay and experience at the Masters, don’t take away from it.

Check-in was extremely pleasant, fast, friendly and easy. The attendant working the front desk she was nothing less than awesome, very customer service oriented, professional and thorough. The room appeared to be clean and I felt extremely comfortable that night. However, the following morning at sunrise... YIKES !!! I seen and had to kill about a dozen roaches. Roaches (big & small) were crawling from every which direction... from under the bed, over and under the refrigerator and the microwave, from behind the mirror on the wall, crawling from behind the baseboards, crawling around in the toilet and on the ceiling. I couldn't pack my panties and toothbrush fast enough.

Roaches, beds that smell like urine, and a dirty bathtub. All for 384 bucks a night(masters week pricing). If you like sleeping fully clothed on top of the sheets for fear of roaches falling on your head, this is your spot.
