Stayed at Harrah’s for the Nuvo dance convention. We stayed in the Marina Tower where we booked a non-smoking room. The room smelled like smoke and other things even though it was non smoking. Other people in the convention switched rooms several times and they all experienced the same result. I have attended this convention at Harrahs many times before In the past and they never smelled like this. It’s time to do some deep cleaning at Harrah’s.

The casino was good. The restaurant we went to was horrible! The only time a maid came into the room was 8 am while the occupied sign was on the door and i was in the room naked. She did not knock just used her key and saw me but ass naked.

I have had many stays at Harrah's, this trip was for my birthday and we went for 4 nights and 5 days. My first complaint was I did not get the room I paid in advance for, and the woman at the front desk, Lourdes was her name, was very rude and blamed me for any issues with the reservation. We finally got to our room (I highly recommend the Bellmen service here, they were the highlight of out trip, besides winning a little gambling they were it) which had a seal on it claiming it was cleaned as if ready for COVID conditions. This was NOT the case. There was white stains from what I hope was chip dip on the carpet and the stools at the end of the bed, and the carpet was obviously not vacuumed nor were surfaces cleaned. Only the beds were made nicely. We called the front desk and the only person that would answer the phone after long periods on hold was this Lourdes person claiming to be the manager, she told on check in the type of room I reserved and paid for was not available but after we called about the dirty room she suddenly had the room I requested available and would send the Bellman up to move out luggage with the new keys. 3 hours later after cleaning the room myself with my own Clorox wipes I called to cancel this room change. She of course didn't pass that onto the bellman who came to the room at nearly 9PM to move us. This is a casino I have long loved, normally the pools and amenities available are top notch. Never again will we be going.

This was a good hotel I enjoyed myself. I recommend everyone to come here for they stay in Atlantic City.

darkness all over halls and part of casino

The smoke smell coming from the vents in my room. But room was very clean.

The amenities are fine, the only big problem the room stinks like the devil was smoking there. They should've some smoking-free options available.

Great drink options and a lot of machines! Hotel was clean and had eveuthing I was looking for b

bad elevators, carpet leading to the rooms was in very bad condition and a terrible smell of marijuana in the corridors, dirty bathroom
