Smelled very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights on July 20-22, 2021. Upon check-in we were told we had to pay a resort fee of $27.27 per day .Ok , then upon checking out we were charged a A .C. tourism fee $2.27 per day, A room fee of $3.00 per day. If we wanted to use their pool we had to pay an extra $10.00 per person per day. This was never mentioned on any website. After being out all day and went back to the room, except it was never cleaned. When we called housekeeping they said they were not cleaning any rooms. So pay all these fees and get No Service. I have to say we were very disappointed. We ate ate the burger restaurant after checking in. I had the shrimp burger, it was dry and tasted like cardboard. My husband had a burger, which was cold. We did not eat again or gamble at this hotel, we went to Oceans Hotel, which was cleaner, nice, and much more updated. Sorry Harrah's we will not be returning. You left a lasting Impression and Not a Good one !!

This was the most worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life and you could forget about getting your room cleaned and while you’re at it may as well bring your own towels as the line is ridiculous you also have to pay for a pool even though you’re a guest there and for the club for both along with parking nothing is really included and forget about room service you wait an hour on the phone for someone very disappointed

The hotel is beautiful, many things to do around it. The rooms was nice, but the service was horrible. I called for towel 3 times, they put me on hold for 10mins then she said they will be right up, and guess what? I left, check out and still no towels. Had to go a purchased my own. The valet was nice, and friendly. The butler service was good but not very informative. Overall good amenities but service needs work!

HORRIFIC FILTH. DIRTY ROOMS. CORRIDORS lined with HUGE BAGS of waste, garbage and dirty towels. These bags sat there for HOURS. Broken AC. Heat was astounding. Terrible rip off. Waste of money. We are fighting the charge. Almost $600 for a night of crap and heat and garbage.

Not able to use the pool as a guest without paying and the hours for the pool.

Service was terrible. Expected more better express check in and check out.

NOT CLEAN. NO SWIMING POOL FOR KIDS.

The room i got it wasnt the one i reserved which it was more expensive

I did not like that the pool closes at 5pm on weekdays. I did not like that the hotel does not offer pamphlets of everything they have to offer at the hotel. Big hotel but no help finding out information or direction.

The fact that they charge for the swimming pool (Pool after Dark) which becomes a nightclub. Also, it's hard to get front desk when using the phone in the room. The AC was horrible; it didn't cool the room and there were no shower caps provided.

Dirty sheets... Even after talking to the front desk I received dirty sheets again, all cover with make up and other stains. My room was not vacuumed in years.

Nothing great.

Never stayed in the coastal tower before but it was just as I expected.

The hotel was nice rooms were clean
