I planned a one night stay in your hotel away from the hustle & noise of the Atlantic City area with the intent of having a breakfast at your hotel before moving onto more pressing personal business in a neighboring town. I booked my stay and planned ahead to avoid dealing with interruptions to my schedule however I learned at check in that your hotel does not provide breakfast even though your company website and third party companies such as Orbitz/Travelocity include it in the booking price. Unfortunately the check in personnel was unable to explain why the advertisement was still up after one full year of the Covid pandemic and did not offer any concessions for the inconvenience. Again, I could have booked another hotel had I known Radisson was not serving breakfast. Furthermore I feel cheated of other options because of false advertisement. Yes, this is of great inconvenience to me and I expect an explanation.

I book a hotel because of cost, how far/close to where i want to be and amenities. Cost and distance were fine. Cleanliness was fine indoors. Outdoor cleanliness was sub-par. The website noted breakfast was provided and that the pool.was open. These were not true. They used COVID as an excuse and did not even apologize for this. I told them that they should update their website and the employee acted as if he did not care. Other patrons complained of the same issue.

The rooms were ok and clean. A little out dated but it was ok

Had two person jet tub which was great it’s was clean and air conditioning was good as we stayed there on some very hot days

For some unbeknown reason, children start banging on the walls in the middle of the night waking us up and we had to call the front desk because it would not stop and on the next night, someone in the room next to us decided to to turn on loud music at 2:00 in the morning and had to call the front desk again. I was not happy that guest are so inciderate of others!

It was a very nice stay. Nice breakfast, very helpful staff and very clean. Will go back again!

We were very upset with our stay ,we booked for 7 days..kids pool pump wasn’t running had algae in it staff kids pull is out of service but there wasn't a sign .Large pull was dirty lights in pool room flicker the whole time they are on.Gym bicycle was broken rugs dirty ..Our room outlets in bathroom didn't work Jets in tub didnt work they finally came an fixed at the day before we left.Food wasnt like advertised in web site.Soda machine wouldn’t except money and dryer took 3 hours to dry our clothes..So as you can see we were very disappointed..Cleaning service people were very nice ..Front desk not so much i asked for a refund they said they could not help us because we booked through Orbitz..So ..i will put bad reviews on this experience never again

About 13 mins from Atlantic City. Clean hotel room, nice staff, free parking and free breakfast for Guests.

Nice receptionist, great location, Quiet and peaceful room.

The front desk don’t know how to treat people,ask me to move my truck with the parking lot empty and said the garbage truck was there, why they put a lines of parking if you can’t park there?
