It was horrible

The check in process was terrible! There were only 2 people at the front desk (and one was very rude)while there were at least 8-10 people waiting to check in. Be aware that Diamond members are taken before anyone else no matter how long the regular customers have to wait. When we got to the room, it was a terrible view of a wall! We were convinced to upgrade to a better view for $80. Once there, the view was much better; however, there were bugs in the bathroom for two days which we made the front desk aware of. The heat didn’t work, maintenance came and advised because of how the system was set up, it won’t get warm even though it was up to 86 degrees. The door to get to the refrigerator was pretty much hanging off of the hinges. The only plus was at the checkout, the young lady noted all of my complaints and refunded the upgrade fee. Sorry but I would never return! Good luck to future customers that stay there!

I stayed in the senator suite. There was a jacuzzi in the room which I was very excited about, since so many things are restricted or closed do to covid. I turned it on and let it fill, I then noticed there was some dirt in it, then I drained it, clean the tub. I refilled it, turned on the jets and let it run through a cycle. I hadn’t gotten in, or added anything to the water, and when the jets stopped there were clumps of dirt covering the bottom of the tub and a beetle that had crawled out. It was very disappointing.

Room smelt like weed, paid for a non smoking room.

My room smelt like an ashtray when I walked in and paid for a non smoking room. Safe to say I’ll never stay here again.

Rooms could’ve been a little bit bigger other than that we had no problems.

Room had to be moved due to blood on sheets should remove sheets house keeping should look at sheets before making up bed no coffee in room no microwave on room if you can have refrigerator in room why not a microwave to warm your food up they charge you 10 dollars for early check in not happy about blood on sheets l made a report on it to there security staff

No pool available, and wasn’t inform in the reservation process, all the bars were closed and only 2 restaurants open. Casino wasn’t the best, doesn’t have poker

Close to everything and very clean. Staff was pleasant very helpful.

Poor housekeeping. I waited too long for clean towels.
