This hotel was definitely overpriced with minimal amenities. The bed was very squeaky, Service request for towels and toilet paper took over an hour, and the outdated air conditioner was located by the bed so it was if you was sleeping in. A freezer. The best part of the stay was the valet service. Their employee Ashley was very nice, Professional and very very quick!!!

Loved the view. Valet attendants were professional and friendly. Room was understocked. I had to ask for linens and towels .

Overall stay was great. Great location. Rooms were updated.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but we didn’t have a good experience. We arrived late, and had already let the staff know a week prior that we would be in late as we were driving.

The decor is nice but there is no pool and in a very loud area of town

Club next door was super loud most of the weekend. Could feel the base in the room till 3 am and they would start up at 9 am. Other than that the staff was friendly and the food was okay.

very nice hotel. everything is just like the pictures. the only thing was that you have to pay for parking. $29.

Gorgeous lobby. My phone didn’t work in my room so it was a bit annoying having to go downstairs for requests. The people upstairs were a bit loud walking around and you could hear it. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. They didn’t have any creamer for the coffee because they were waiting on the delivery guy to unload the truck. Never ended up getting creamer for my coffee. Valet parking made things convenient.

Nice sized rooms. Hot breakfast every morning was good. Directly across from the Georgia Aquarium (which came in handy when we got soaked by dolphins!) and easy walk to Center for Civil of Human Rights and World of Coca Cola. Added bonus is that you can get a free cab ride to the Atlanta Zoo. You can use their valet parking, or there are a few nearby lots, but not as secure. Overall a very nice stay.

Proximity to Events was positive and cleanliness. Did not like mandatory $29 valet parking. That was unexpected expense.

Location: Perfect! 6 min walk cross the street to Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola & Center of Civil Right. 10 min walk to Centennial Park, Skiview & World of Fame. Also, if you are in the Centennial Park cross the street is the Stop for Street Car (Trolley), you can take to move all around the principal attractions of Downtown Atlanta. Like Martin Luther King Jr, Fairly Poplar & other. Cost is $1 per trip per person. Great because the parking in Downtown is very expensive. Overall experience in the hotel is good. I stayed 2 nights. Can be great but still because is new need some clean detail like dusty in some places. The room are normal not too spacious. The view is great to Downtown & Georgia Aquarium. I asked for one towel, never arrive. Also, the first day of arrival the key machine has issues, then an employee has to open the room for us, not big deal because I got the key in about an hour. The breakfast is good, the lady who work in the area is very quick but they need more than one employee to work specially because the hotel was full and she was not enough. Although, she start picking up at 9:20am. Because big crowd the food, juices, utensils, yogurt, coffee end quick, they get mad if they have to refill. Very disappointing with the waffle machine and the long time line to make it. They are very sharp with the breakfast time and don’t care if you need anything. Valet Parking $29 per night good since parking is expensive anywhere.

Enjoyed being within walking distance of downtown attractions. Not real happy with having to pay to park at the hotel I am staying but overall it was a good experience and enjoyed my time there.

Very close to aquarium and staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel was very nice and great location! We could see the aquarium out of our hotel window! Only complaints was the parking was a cluster, when we were trying to check in the employee was just staring off in space and not helping us. Another employee jumped in and said have you been helped. They are stingy with the towels. We were given 1 towel for a family of four and when asked for more towels, they brought us 1. All of these things weren’t serious or bothersome because the hotel was very clean and nice and great location! Also the included breakfast was very good!
