The shower was the best ever!

Very friendly

It was clean and well kept. Didnt like the events that took place. While sleeping during the day there was a fight in the lobby woke me up after traveling all night and my very last night there woke up at 2am with more activities happening in the lobby once again. Beautiful hotel but maybe it was just a bad time with the fights.

Imagine a hotel company investing in a brand new, modern, updated building being built. Then imagine having an entire Atlanta street riot coming through the hotel, staying a while, and then leaving. Perhaps you can now understand what it is like to stay in this hotel.

Close to airport. Shuttle to airpoint on time.

This was the worst La Quinta Inn I have ever booked! The television didn’t work the first day of my stay. I called the front desk approximately five times before anyone answered. I was told no one was available to fix or replace the television. This was totally an inconvenience! However, the next day, Grace, the receptionist came to my room and repaired the television; she was very kind and professional! I felt unsafe due to the rear door that leads to and from the parking lot not being locked. Random people can enter the building because the door wasn’t locked and a room key wasn’t required to enter the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely deplorable. From the lobby to the room. I’ve moved cross county twice and have stayed in many other La Quintas and they’ve been GREAT experiences! This was NEXT LEVEL DISGUSTING. I literally said to my boyfriend I didn’t know if I could stay there after seeing the room. There were stains all over the carpet that looked like blood. Probably not, but deep red stains. The tops of the furniture were all disgusting and peeling as if someone had poured acetone all over the tops of them. I investigated the mattress and bedding for bed bugs, I didn’t see any (yet) but lots of other stains and hair and other grotesque questionable things. The other guests staying in the hotel looked like they belonged in a trap house. Do not recommend. Stay away. This was the grossest hotel I have EVER stayed in. Do not question it. Do not do it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. There was a pool in the back that hadn't been cleaned in what has to have been over 2 years. The locks on the doors in the back didn't work. The vents in the bathrooms were so clogged with dirt they didn't work. Peeling paint. The fridge in the room didn't fit the hole under the counter and you could see inside the counters and there was a mess inside the walls. I used La Quinta often and I'm pretty sure this will be the last time.

I can tell that it is being renovated but it is still dated in the rooms. The drawers have chip marks in it and bathroom is very much dated.

The night clerk was not very diligent in the check in process. No hand sanitizer available, and no willingness to correct the problem.

Our room was disgusting. The trash hadn't been emptied, there was a half-used bar of soap sitting on the counter, and there was a used, still-damp washcloth in the sink. There was used toilet paper in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. There were gross stains all over the couch and chair. The orange juice in our sack breakfast tasted like it was fermented, maybe because it hadn't been refrigerated for who knows how long.

I booked a king size room and was given a double bed due to them being completely sold out supposedly.

My room was not clean things were left in the sofa and I left to come back and they were already cleaning my room out and I had to tell me I wasn’t checked out yet.

I didn't like the simple fact that I paid up front on orbits for my room but the moment that I checked in I was charged again full price for my room along with the accidental fee. I was told the money would be returned to me once I checked out which has not happened yet. I killed a roach in my bathroom on the first night. the website said free breakfast but due to covid they were not serving breakfast but there was no signs posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me when I checked in you just came to the dining room and the lights were out. The room was not that clean and the floor was dirty. I'll be back next month but my husband and I will not be staying there.

Drug infested and rooms are horrible. Smells like mildew in the rooms

Very clean Inn and the staff is great. Close to the domestic airport via the shuttle.
