Always stayed here before- this time management gave a different price than what I was told- insisted I talked to main Hilton reservations which I did not. The room had no hair dryer, no do not disturb sign and one remote did not work (all which should be checked with each room cleaning). Morning desk staff was apologetic unlike previous night’s management which was condescending and insisting that I was wrong.

Sheets and pillowcase was dirty have alot of spots bathroom could have clean better it have alot of mildew carpet from bedroom to bathroom have red spots

Proptery is very dirty and needs alot of updating. Safes didnt work in 4 of the rooms i stayed in and engineering never came to fix them. Sad

The rooms were very bad and dirty. The staff was very pleasant but when needing assistance, it was hard to get. Would not stay here and would reccomend no one stay here as well unless you are ok with filthy rooms

Property is run down! Toilet seat broken off, sofa poor condition and very dated. Spend the time to find something better for the same money next time. Don’t waste your money.

The hotel was understaffed, not clean my room smelled stale, the toilet wasn’t clean, the carpet smelled of an odor. The sofa had stains on it and the pullout bed in addition the sheets were dirty with food on the pull out bed( we changed them out) Trash was overflowing in the hall by the vending machines never picked up until the last day. Our room service trays were never picked up they remained outside of our rooms the entire stay. Hotel staff initially was very friendly actually everyone was very hospitable with the exception of one staff member who ruined the entire stay while my family and I were just trying to deal with all of the issues and we didn’t complain this particular staff member was rude our first interaction, then the next day she continued to be rude while hanging up in my face. I called back she put me on hold I hung up , this staff member called my room back I told her what I wanted that I didn’t appreciate her hanging up on me and that this profession maybe is not for her she hung up in my face again. She was very argumentative in front of customers As someone who was looking to just re-emerge into enjoying some time with my family out into the world again I have to say that I was very disappointed. If businesses aren’t ready to reopen at full capacity to provide great service they can at least offer discounted rates and especially great customer service. This was a terrible experience I will never return

This hotel has spacious floor plans. However, the hotel needs some renovations. A lot of stain carpets, looks like mold in the bathroom, out dated appliances. To add, the service is horrific. It took 24 hours for me to talk to manager after they took my things out of my suites without permission

Everything was great. Staff was very accommodating even with a huge event going on onsite.

It was nice. People were smoking but other than that we had a wonderful stay

The gym wasn’t open but hotel was located in a central shopping area.
