Check in/out was easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place to stay.

I requested a rm with 2 queen beds. The confirmation message indicated that is what I would get. Upon arriving, I was given a room with 1 king bed and told that was all that was available. I went elsewhere.

According to the person at the desk, there was a "glitch" making my pre-paid room "unavailable". Unfortunate situation made worse by a very rude attendant. Took three days to reach the manager. It's been six days and I still haven't received the refund. I will say that this experience is not typical at Hampton Inn.

Evening Staff was knowledgeable, morning crew, so so. Condition of hotel was not what I have experienced at other Hampton Inn"s. Small things added up. paint chips on door frames, toilet seat that was not quite the right size for the toilet, disconnected ice machine on my floor, and very disorganized / understaffed breakfast. The 1 person left to cook and serve breakfast did a nice job but what was expected of her was not realistic. Just not happy with what I paid for.

Nice area and facility ok. Bed closest to window in room 206 has a steel rod sticking out below mattress that is shark edge. My husband cut his leg on it and bled on comforter a little. I did my best to clean up blood but it needs to be santized. Other bed had some stains on comforter when we arrived previously stained by someone else.

Clean room, very hot hot shower! Will return!

Very clean and new, gym and pool were closed because of COVID.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I initially was staying at my brother's house, but his pull out couch was horrible. So glad I was able to find a hotel at the last minute that gave me a comforting experience.

Easily got the job done. Room was clean and well appointed. Nothing seemed out-of-date. And I didn't hear a peep from outside the room (no slamming doors), so one of the quieter nights of sleep. Staff was courteous.

I was disappointed with this Hampton Inn compared to the many other Hamptons I've stayed at. Yes I'm sure that once renovation is complete it will be better, but the smell getting off the elevators was horrible. The price should be much lower while renovation is going on. Also shuttle service that hot is affiliated with will take you to the Braves game only to tell you that there is no shuttle back due to it cutting into his day job. Probably a good sign you need to quit being a shuttle driver then dude.

The rooms were clean and nice. Quiet. The staff was nice.

good location relative to the city of Atlanta. my friends were able to visit without having to go through the Atlanta traffic.

Reserved and paid for 3 rooms. Orbitz only reserved/paid for two rms.

They were very accommodating to me. Their location is very convenient, right next to the mall close to all freeways.
