this hotel is what we call a distress prop.

We asked for coffee and clean towels twice, both times front desk said they couldn't help and would pass on to housekeeping. It never happened. Had to go out to get coffee and never got towels.

There was no housekeeping service provided during our three-night stay (they said “since COVID”) - we had to empty our own trash, request fresh towels (which had to be delivered later to our room), and no other services were provided. Very bare bones and the building itself is in disrepair.

I didnt like that there was a $150.00 deposit upon check in (I was unaware), they dont change the bedding or towels unless you request it, and their food and beverage wasnt available the duration of my time there. However customer service was excellent.

Quick check in and out. Great service. No issues. We were just one night.

This was actually the worse Double Tree that I've stayed at. For starters, I had trouble checking in, and the feont desk wasnt that concerned with helping me. When i finally got the room, all i wanted to do was take a bath, but tbere was no stopper for the tub. So they had ne come all the way down to the front desk struggling with my six pieces of luggage only to move to next room, which was literally on the side of the first room. I jjst wished he would have told me, so rhag i didnt

during my stay I guess because of covid there was no maid service available which is understandable, I had to buy 5 air fresheners from the CVS up the street because my room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, The wifi was basically non existent or kept dropping the signal I used my phones hotspot for my computer which was 10 times better during the week the hotel is pretty quiet but the weekend can get a bit noisy luckily I always bring earplugs and headphones with me the guest above me and next door to me had the loudest speaker playing music till 5am I just put on my headphones and drifted off to sleep on the plus side there is a 24hr food mart next door and up the street as well as a CVS within walking distance loved the fridge and microwave in the room I do think the ice machine on the inside needs to be cleaned if you use your ice-bucket and get ice and after it melts you will see a bunch of dirt that has settled at the bottom of the ice bucket so be cautious of that other than that my 8 nights was terrific.

Needs a restaurant that I'd open until at least 8 pm

The staff is unbelievable friendly and made me very comfortable. But there was a cockroach in my room, the pool was pretty small, the room wasn't very well dusted, the closets are very small, and the hot water took a long time to turn on. The staff was my favorite part of my stay.

Nice, clean, and close to highway!! Check-in and check-out was fast! Everyone was friendly!!

Busy area, little walking potential, but easy to get on major traffic arteries. Super competent and accommodating staff on my visit.

Nice and comfortable for a long trip from North Carolina and a perfect distance from downtown.

I enjoyed the free warm cookie at check-in! The location has easy access to I-85 and the room was clean and comfy. It was a delightful stay.

Though we are an older building, we do our best to maintain a high level of comfort. At this time, we have limited the services our housekeeping team provides, as we are doing all we can to ensure a safe environment during the current pandemic.
