Rooms were FILTHY & NASTY .. & the windows don’t even lock .. we switched rooms 3 different times ..

When I checked in After 3pm my room had not been cleaned. I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. I called to the front desk for fresh towels and sheets, I was told to come down to get them and to bring the soiled linen down. I was very disappointed that I had to clean at all.

This experience left a terrible taste in my mouth and reflects very poorly on orbitz itself. Orbitz directly referenced this hotel to me and I trusted you had done some sort of filtering of whatever hotels you suggested so I didn’t think to read the reviews before booking through you, because I trusted your services. I arrived to the hotel on the night of November 21st before 11pm, and there was no one at the front desk to check anyone in. There was a group of people in the lobby waiting to be checked in, and everyone eventually had to leave and book at other hotels for the night because no one was coming to service the hotel. I eventually ubered across Atlanta to stay at a friends house because I wanted somewhere to sleep. I’m baffled by this experience, and how orbitz has handled it so far. I contacted orbitz the night of and they said hey would work on getting me a refund, then followed up saying the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund so there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending about $120 on this hotel and Uber’s for the night, only to sleep on my friends floor. I find it unbelievable that your company won’t try to compensate me for any of this experience and I will not be booking through orbitz again unless you help me out in some way, whether that’s a refund or an exchanged trip or something. Quit recommending the Days Inn by Wyndham in South Atlanta to people, and please handle this situation professionally. I trusted your site and was burnt for it.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Clean rooms, big bed, free airport shuttle, free breakfast.

The willingness to help however they were needed or whenever they were needed.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THEY NEEDED A FEW MORE PLACES TO EAT AT CLOSER BY,

Nothing exceptional about this place. Was told there was a pool. It was covered and hadn’t been used in a long time. Continental breakfast was pathetic.

The door was broken on the inside. You could see out in the hallway. The hotel smelt like smoke. Tried to get towels and no one was at the front desk.

Check in lady was not attentive and was more interested in her phone. Room was remodeled but the new flooring which was wood like had not been mopped from the looks of it.

Cheap and best. Convenient to the airport. Friendly staff family run.

Stay was awesome, and staff was great with a sense of humor lol
