Ants in the room, ac didnt work, floors stained, halls had trash in them, and bathroom was dirty.

This property is so deceptive by making the online pictures look good. Once me and my family arrived we had to be moved due to the horrible and unclean room that we was given. And the second room was just as bad, the bathrooms in each room was runned down with dirty tubs/bathrooms with hair and dirt in them before we even had a chance to take a bath. In addition to this the chairs was already ripped in both rooms along with filth behind the beds and dirty soiled floors. If it wasn’t for us being there to take our kids to six flags I would have demanded a refund. And to top it off I am pretty sure they have bed bugs because my husband and grandson had bites on there arms We will never ever stay in anything affiliated with this brand of hotels. They need to be shut down!

Got the the hotel at 12:30 at night. Hotel was overbooked. I had made reservations 3 mths ago. Got there with two small children in the car to find out it was overbooked and couldn't accomodate us in the middle of the night. Spent two hours on the phone with Orbitz trying to book another hotel. Horrible experience. The hotel blamed it on Orbitz. Will never book again!!

the reception staff was very pleasant and accommodating. kitchen staff was on her bluetooth while replenishing food for the guests. i found that to be very unsettling to hear her personal conversation during breakfast or anytime. that was very unprofessional. my family and i were out of the hotel for the day only to return and find that our room had not been serviced while we were away. the reception staff gave us the last few bath towels that she had at the front desk. complimentary cookies were not replenished frequently

Arrived late - the late night front desk team members were awesome and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean but a little shabby. An update is probably in order to some of the rooms with older carpeting (a couple of fixtures in the bathroom appeared to have been defaced) I smoke cigars and the smoking area outside was clean, quiet and a great place to enjoy some fresh air quietly and safely even if you don't smoke. The continental breakfast is simple but well stocked. There was only decaf coffee available which should never be the case in the morning. Keep the coffee brewing! :) Overall a good stay.

The staff were friendly especially Trina at the breakfast area,we were late for breakfast but she made accommodations for the kids to have their cereal and even the next day she approached us to make sure the kids had their cereal for that morning, she has a heart of gold great customer service from her

There was a huge power outage at hotel. They don’t even have a power back up for rooms. It was pitch dark. I got hurt too while trying to find my way to bathroom. There wasn’t even an apology from Hotel staff.

Property could definitely use an update and deep cleaning. There was paint drips on the foot stool that had never been cleaned up and the rugs in the hall was very worn,

Liked location being close to Downtown and price. Shower water pressure was weak.

The front desk manager was absolutely amazing and very helpful and pleasant. The hotel on the other hand is gross and they have BED BUGS

I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. I do apologize for not being able to accommodate you and your family at those early hours in the morning. Unfortunately those third party reservations sites do not care if the physical hotel is booked or overbooked.
