Wow, the management there really needs a lot of help. So, the story goes like this… We arrived around mid-time & slept fine. The next day we went to 6-Flags and came back to a dirty room, no clean towels, no new toiletries, just the way we left it that morning. So, I proceeded to call the front desk to get it cleaned & properly restored with items mentioned above. As I passed the front desk to ask if our request are being fulfilled, the manager starts to argue with me. Stating “I knocked on your door, no one answered the door” I tired to explain to the man I did not leave a sign on my door not to come in & the normal process is to come in to clean. But that just increased his frustration & started to yell at the front desk lady. Then my wife & I decided to leave the hotel to grab are belongings and the man hit me with his cleaning cart at the elevator. Wow this was a terrible place to stay! I could add more however; I’ve done enough.

I loved my room and the staff was very nice and polite. The price was reasonable and the location was great. The only problem was the first night of our stay there were people running down the hall and keeping up noise and falling on the floor. The second night was excellent. I would give it a go on my next visit.

The door card had to get charged every time I left the room. A roach was in the bathroom sink. The smoke alarm was set off by a hair dryer, the desk clerk couldn’t stop it. This is the second time this year I’ve stayed at your site, I was a little disappointed.

Room was not cleaned! Beds were a mess and room was dirty!! Hotel smelled!

No virus protection no one working wearing masks No social distance plus not clean Dirty ring around our tub toothpick on floor shame on wyndham!!!

This is a good hotel for the price with a good location. Generally quite and clean room, comfortable bed and all common areas were very pleasing. The only thing I'd recommend is making sure the elevator is properly primed and painted, it was substandard. The inside also looks aged and can be renovated to bring it up to the level of the rest of the decor.

Convenient. Good breakfast. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The place is a little run down but the customer service, cleanliness and price. makes up for everything else.

Omg my family and i loved this hotel we sure will be goijg back to it on vaction again for sure. Such a beautful place. My kids even had fun there. Tje rooms were big and very clean. Loved how tbe bathroom was set up. Loved the workers all was nice. Love love love tbis hotel

Everything was clean, no issues. The pool area was nice and the service was good.

Things still being maintained well. Easy check in and easy checkout. Still my choice when. I visit Atlanta.

This hotel was in a perfect location between my parents home and the airport and you can get into the heart of Atlanta in about 15-20 minutes drive time. But I had a terrible experience, while staying there. I arrived to check at 3pm. The 1st room I received had guess already in it. So I went back to the lobby and received a new room and key from the clerk. Went to the 2nd room where I found the door and windows standing open and used towels on the bed and floor. Therefore I went back for a third room and key and they finally got it right after three tries. But normally no one would put up with this; however, I paid for the room in advance and felt that my hands were locked. Anyway, Baymont is usually a good hotel but this location gives terrible service.

I disliked how small the parking lot was & how close the smoking place was to the hotel. I liked the staff & how quite the rooms are.

Everything was fine for my two night stay. I enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect.

Swimming pool looked dirty. Bathtub was slippery and needed additional grab bar for use while showering.

more devices than there are power outlets in rooms - the breakfast section had a funny smell. There was hair in bathroom

Staff fully charged my card at check-in even though i asked only for a hold cause i wanted to pay another way and even on the front counter they displayed a sign that said WE WILL PLACE A "HOLD" ON A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Called to get that corrected and they ran me around. Called wyndam directly, they forwarded to the hotel, manager called and apologized n SAID he'd credit my account immediately. That was over 5 days ago and nothing has been out back on my CC. I will never stay at that or any wyndam as i have never ever experienced that I'm all my years of travel n many different hotel chains
