Fantastic hotel with a great staff. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Asheville. Highly recommend!

Overall, we liked the hotel for its proximity to downtown Asheville--restaurants, breweries, shopping. We must have had an unrenovated room because the carpet was dirty in places and the furniture generally looked shabby. Air conditioning was difficult to regulate--either freezing or too warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at Isa's was good the first morning, terrible the next. Must have been a staffing problem. Probably would find another hotel downtown next time.

spacious rooms, great breakfast, great location, nice staff, drink at arrival

Overall feel was upscale. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Large room. Lots of space for two queen beds. Large sitting area with comfortable sofa and chair. Bathroom was large with separate shower and tub. Additional dressing area with sink. Large closet and separate closet with sink and refrigerator. Decor could usr dome updating but still in excellent condition. Room was very quiet and had fast responding thermostat and quiet unit.

Beautiful building, beautiful room, killer location.

They didn’t honor their free car service policy. It took me 25 minutes to check in and didn’t acknowledge my or its reservation, double charged me and wasn’t impressed.

This was the best hotel! So friendly and attentive!

Lovely old hotel w easy access to all of the downtown scene, and a 10 minute easy drive to gate of Biltmore Estate. No onsite restaurant but within walking distance of many fine dining places. Met us w a complimentary glass of prosecco and gave us a voucher for breakfast at the atrium coffee shop. Perfect.

This hotel is wonderful. The location is great, the rooms are large and elegant, and the staff is cheerful and accomodating. On the premises are a good breakfast cafe, bar, restaurant, gym, hair salon and indoor walkway to a covered parking garage. The hotel has many displays and plaques referencing its days as an upscale department store, as well as antique furniture scattered throughout.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Interesting history. Customer service friendly and accommodating. Lovely visit!

Staff were nice but valet was never there and room was very dated and nothing special.

Haywood Park Hotel is located in the hub bub of downtown Asheville. We were welcomed with a glass of sparking wine and the complimentary valet parking provides a worry free getaway. Just step outside onto the sidewalk and take off on your adventure. Return to an extremely large well appointed room to regroup and take off again. My husband and I stayed here to attend a concert at the US Cellular Center, it was a short walk, no more than 3 mins. Plenty of restaurants and bistros to try and imbibe. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast voucher and parting gift too. All the employees were warm and welcoming.

The Haywood Park hotel was until 1975 a four story department store. Now it is an all suites hotel. The rooms are very nice and although it is right in the heart of downtown it is very quiet. The staff are very helpful. It is not inexpensive, but the comfort is worth the price.

This is an amazing hotel with a dedicated staff. Campaign upon arrival great breakfast free! Amazing very large suite rooms with an amazing bathroom. There are only 32 suites so you will receive individual attention. Walk to downtown Asheville which is a super plus
