Close to the Biltmore entrance Parking is a little tight for trucks

Paid $300/night and it was basically a red roof inn with a clarion name. Location was decent but road traffic noises all night were bad. Bizzare that you drive through a restaurants parking lot to get to hotel.

Everything from check in to check out was easy and smooth. Great experience overall!

Parking tight, difficult to drive into off of hwy and around building. Close to some attractions .

Our room faced the street & like other reviewers before me have noted, it was loud. But traffic wasn't so bad to make it unbearable. But for the occasional siren or big truck, it was ok. The traffic at the restaurant next door was more frustrating than the traffic noice. We went back to freshen up after a long day hiking & exploring and got stuck waiting for people trying to get into the restaurant. Their check in set-up blocks guests from getting straight to the hotel.

It is a good location to many things and very clean the people were friendly.

Located on a terrible incline. Tiny parking lot. Very hard to navigate. Rooms are small. No elevator.

It was clean and at convenient location. The breakfeast was poor a granola bar.

It was fine for one night

The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect room. The pool was smaller than it looked on the website and packed. The complimentary breakfast was only coffee or tea.

Very convenient to Biltmore

Lovely nice and affordable

Didn’t like checkin staff. Exercise equipment was a plus. “Breakfast “ left something to be desired although there were three on staff at the desk on a Sunday morning.

This was a pleasant spot to stay. It was good but not remarkable.

The manager on duty was exceptional!! Polite, Professional and Personable. Highest praise for him.

Room was clean and very easy to locate right off of I-40.
