The Valet staff were great. They are the first staff members a guest encounters and they make guests feel welcome and display professionalism.

I paid 600.for 3 nights. Additional Charge of 30. per night to park. Internet is an additional 10. per day. Even though I have unlimited data plan with my phone it seemed to be blocked. “To go” style “Breakfast for 2” with plastic utensils was an additional 50.

Second time there. First time was in normal times and had a great experience. This time a bit more serious and sedate. Not many amenities, but that's to be expected. The Westin takes COVID-19 sanitation very seriously which was great to see. The pools were closed per the mayor, I believe, which we did not see posted on the website. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The room was so small and the temperature control of the room air wasn't working. The bed was so high and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use. It was so cold at night and we did not have a good night's sleep. Their on-site restaurant had a very poor quality food. Overall, this hotel was not a typical Westin hotel.

Everything was perfect about my stay. I was able to get an early check in after taking a red eye in from the west coast. Friendly staff was attentive. My flight didn’t leave until 6:30 pm and was able to stay in the room until 4! Great flexibility and willingness to work with a customer to provide the best service possible.

The hotel and staff were great. We loved the lobby area and the healthy food choices. We did, however, have a couple issues I’d like to make you aware of. Our room, #434, smelled so badly like dog urine that we had to be moved to a different room for our second night. We were told that pets are only kept on the 2nd floor, but this was unmistakable and my son, who is very allergic to cats and dogs, was miserable. Additionally, in both rooms we stayed, #434 and #633, both toilets clogged and, in both instances, no one was available to help us until the morning. The first night wasn’t too bad because we just went down to the lobby if we had to go to the bathroom. The second night, however, my son was up vommitting and it was a great inconvenience for the whole family. My sister in law had her toilet clog in a different room.

Staff at the Westin was efficient and polite. Breakfast at the restaurant was horrible as I had the worst Eggs Benedit in my life. English muffin was not toasted and poached eggs were over cooked, including Hol. Sauce was less then sufficient and dried.

This hotel was very nice and allowed for a great trip in Annapolis, MD.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The valet parked the car when we arrived and retrieved it, promptly, at checkout. We never needed it during our stay. Charming location, walkable to many good restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return.

A little far from the center of town but nice location. Hotel and room were clear and modern. Gym was fine but not exceptional.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we were both excited to get away for the weekend, even though we live about an hour away. I knew by the Westin Name, it would be an acceptable room. The hotel itself has quite a grand reception. Upon checking in, I could tell this was going to be a good weekend. The friendly valet greeted us right away and did not make me feel rushed to get out the car. Check-in took only a minute, and then I was up to my room. The hallway carpet was super soft and squishy; it was fun to bounce on it! The room had all the amenities we could ask for. The king size bed was comfortable and we did not realize we had a mini fridge until we checked out. We were too busy enjoying the gorgeous weather in Annapolis this weekend. I love the location of this hotel, it is right on West Circle and you can walk right to the water- passing all the best shops and restaurants. When we needed a taxi to take us to dinner Saturday night, the valet was happy to get one and gave a coupon for where we were going- The Charthouse. It was for free dessert. We thanked him even though we hate desert, but a kind gesture. The hotel has a restaurant called Azure, which you can make a reservation using Open table. We had to check it out, since my boyfriend sells Azure for Microsoft. It was a given we were going to have brunch there!! Which we did after we checked out. I could not speak higher of the service at the restaurant. The waitress was very attentive and so were the other workers, stopping by to check about drinks, or food. We did not have to wait for anything. All in all the best service I have had at a hotel in a long time and will be staying again when I go to Annapolis.

Only downside was lack of closet, hanging space. Wall hooks would work.

We had a great stay at the Westin, although sadly it was only for one night as a half way stop on our way to the beach. We got a great rate (about a 50% discount I think) and I'm assuming it was because the lobby was under construction during our stay. But it didn't bother us any. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy like you would expect from a Westin. The towels were fluffy and soft. This hotel is north of the center of town but still a walkable distance and close to restaurants and Navy stadium. I would definitely stay again. Our only complaint was no free wi-fi. Even the beach hotel we stayed at the next night had free wi fi and it was several levels down in quality compared to the Westin.

We are saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. For parking we do offer a self parking option that is 20.00 per day through the City garage located below the hotel. For internet we do not have any blocks in place that would prevent you from using data. Did you know that booking through Marriott as a Bonvy member can get you perks such as complimentary internet on your stay? At this time we have had to limit our food options which means providing plastic utensils for the safety of our guests. We hope that soon we can be back to our normal which will provide a better dining experience. We hope to see you again in the future.
