This property ahould be closed and renovated. Old dilapitated rooms. I reserved a non smoking room which clearly been smoked in....ac was on low, fan on hisgh speed and window open when i arrived...it still didnt help.

Lamps with no plugs. Mold in tub. Cleaning rag left in shower. If it is extended stay had no kitchen pans or dishes.

Would only stay again if I were in a jam. Supplies were limited, no housekeeping if you stay less than 7 days.

Card key got erased and there was no attendant at the front desk to correct the problem. Waited 45 minutes for attendant to arrive.

Easy to get to. Rooms are big and spacious. Bathroom could use an update but overall nice hotel.

Nothing fancy here, located just off of Route 50 East. If you are looking for the downtown experience this is not for you. If you are in town for a couple of days, need a place to stay and maybe even eat in your room while working this is fine. Do not expect all the amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel, this is strictly a place where you would stay if you are on a business trip or staying in Annapolis for a couple of days and have no real reason to stay in the tourist section of town.

Late arrival, surprised to find out the key cards weren't working, eventually fixed but had to get the cards re-programmed every day. The night manager was very helpful. No room service (unless you pay extra, probably mentioned somewhere in the fine print) You have to go to reception to get clean towels. Only hand soap in the rooms, no shampoo or lotion. Very basic. Poor quality breakfast. Didn't feel very clean, I will never stay there again.

Decent place for the money. A bit outdated but clean.

This is truly a no frills location. The kitchen is devoid of any china or utensils. There's a sign that you should request what you need. After coming in from an exhausting day, the last thing I needed was to ask for kitchenware! The toilet seat was stained and the towels were not white. I have to say, one of the wash cloths was actually almost brown and it was clean! The place is definitely short staffed but the concierge (male & female) were really nice and as accommodating as possible. We only spent one night and stayed there only because everywhere else was sold out. What we paid was not worth it at all! I've paid less for the Sheraton Annapolis for much more convenience.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. The reason was because we needed three separate beds. I go to check in and they have "upgraded" me to a suite with one queen bed. I explained this is not helpful and I was told they overbooked. I was furious because I had booked months in advance, and only chose this hotel because of the beds. After a half an hour of arguing with the front desk, and being told the manager is out for a few days, we were given a mattress. Yep, just a random mattress that was being stored in an indoor pool. We had to repeatedly call for sheets and blankets. I wouldn't normally post this, but the front desk person said it happens often that they get overbooked.

Last minute reservation, clean room great price but a bit small. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on a definitely not good for sleeping. Overall the value was good.

The staff was very helpful involving a near problem and I am very grateful to them for their assistance. The hotel is more of an apartment complex than I realized. Very basic.

Heating system and refrigerator were noisier than expected, did interfere with our sleep.

As the saying goes you get what you pay for and that is exactly what we got! We were looking for a reasonable room in a safe location and this hotel provided exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast was a "take and run" plain suff. Coffee and roll nothing further. Not even milk for the Oatmeal. The room was clean except we asked to have the beadcover replaced since it was dirty. However the staff was excellent and since we spent little time in the room it was just waht we wanted for the price we wanted. I would return if I needed to.
