I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over Memorial Day 2021. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made my partner and I feel welcome and the room was amazing - it had everything we needed to relax and feel safe while on our first trip in 18 months!

Friendly staff, convenient location, quiet

Convenient location, close to lots of great restaurants; walk to UMich campus; No parking, have to park in public parking facilities next to the hotel.

Staff was friendly. Everyone was COVID safe. Loved the breakfast to go

My room was reasonably priced and included a small kitchen and living room area which made the room feel very homey. In addition to the room, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I will definitely be coming back.

First of all, Tyrone and Nicolette were AMAZING. My husband and I were only able to get away for a couple of nights to come to Michigan for our anniversary, and we only stayed in Ann Arbor for one night. I gave them less than 24 hours notice that it was our anniversary and asked if they could place a bottle of champagne (which I offered to pay for) on our bed. They went totally above and beyond! They not only stocked our fridge with a few beers, but also gave us 2 bottles of Smart Water with some ibuprofen for an impending hangover, AND personalized notes, AND Snickers bars on our pillows! All at no charge because of course they’re amazing. It was perfect. We even got booked in the wrong suite initially (we had upgraded to the panoramic suite) and they took care of everything, no problem. They cleaned the room very quickly, talked to us about our kids, our time in Michigan, and even how we met. It was an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean, the room was awesome, breakfast was great, COVID guidelines were followed and enforced, the location was perfect, and again: Nicolette and Tyrone seriously made us feel so special. Every single time we walked through the door, Nicolette was there saying Happy Anniversary. My husband and I even got a “mask kiss” pic which was really just perfect for this year’s anniversary. Loved the whole stay.

Nice place. A little on the small side but would definitely stay there again. Close to everything

The staff was excellent, everyone was wonderful. Hotel was clean and seemed updated. The room was a good size and clean. The only complaint with the hotel room is the sound and the curtains. We were off a busy road so we could hear every car and siren through the night. The curtains also didn’t seem to cover the whole window so there was a decent gap with street lights coming through. That made for a rough sleep. As for the hotel itself, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The only hotel complaint would be the temperature of the pool, it was freezing!! I didn’t even get in, my husband and son did however, and my sons lips started going blue after about 15 minutes in the pool. Overall, we stayed during the week in off season, so the price was reasonable, but I’m not sure I would stay there during peak season and pay anymore than I did.

Was a short stay, but everything was perfect! Wish I could have stayed an extra day!

Fantastic all the way around the location was exactly what we needsd

Amazing hotel in downtown ann arbor. Close to everything. Walking distance to great bars, restaurants, stores.

The bed is hard. The rooms for the price was not good. The room was too small. The ice maker didn't work. A clean tub is preferred. The shower had a modern drain enhancement which collected dirt and bacteria. The pool is small and shallow with no hot tub. The gym was very small with a few items. The breakfast hours were too short.
