Poor breakfast

The first night we arrived one of the beds was dirty with stained sheets covered by comforter. The front desk offered me to get clean sheets and change the bed myself because there was no housekeeping in the evening. I asked to be switchedto another clean room and was told the hotel has none.. It took me some efforts to convince the staff that it is their duty during covid time to clean and disinfect the beds. Eventually the sheets were changed. I was credited $50 for "inconvenience ". The room was not cleaned on day two, the garbage was not picked up. The so called breakfast is a small muffin and if you r lucky and early you might get yogurt. The only positive thing was that I was allowed to have my dog with me.

Pool was closed no breakfast no extra towel service due to COVID! This hotel could have listed all this on its site so that’s people could be aware.

Check in was a quick. The room was very clean when I arrived. The air condition was great especially in this heat . All staff very friendly & attentive. Parking there Felt safe and was very clean.

I like the breakfast and the 12pm checkout. I didn't like the fact some one other than the people in my party was able to charge something to my room and was promised a refund, but that never happened.

There were no prices for the items they had for sale. Needed something, but didnt want to ask the price.

The property recently had a makeover. Has a modern look & lovely decor. Very nice rooms & comfortable beds. Will return there in December for a longer stay. Very nice pool area & good breakfast. Very happy with my stay there. Will plan to stay there every December when I return to MA from FL.

Front lobby had an extremely bad perfume smell that i rushed to the elevator as soon as I could to escape the smell cl. B

Trucks outside room running throughout night, with lots of beeping while backing up. It was a very restless night of sleep.

I loved the decor and the location. I loved the convenience to the highway. I did not like the elevator. It was slow and noisy.

Hello, We apologize that all our services have to be closed due to COVID. We certainly would like them to be open, but the government restricts us. We have this listed on all our websites for guest's to call to make sure that the hotel they chose will have their amenities open.
