OK for a 2.5 * hotel. Possibly more expensive then other comparable in the Orange County. Good Tv, heater and fridge noisy. No coffee. Friendly staff.

When booking it states breakfast, if you want a real breakfast don’t stay here, literally just granola bars and coffee. Room smelled and was not very clean. They are stingy with towels. Kitchenette very old!!! Overall we were not happy and wouldn’t recommend!

The room was smoke free , beddings were clean. The Front desks Customerservice were very accommodating and friendly.

It was dirty, staff was rude. We checked out early.

Every square inch of the floor was sticky. I would not want to let my bare feet touch any part of that floor. It was so sticky that after leaving the room my shoes were still sticking to the hall way for a while.

Hotel staff was awesome and very welcoming. The hotel itself needs a lot of work and attention. The entrance to the hotel doesn’t look like an entrance at all. It’s bsrely marked and the door hinge slams the door. Inside of the room was obviously painted and wall work done not very well. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide had a bag on it (fire hazard) which my gf 4 year old pointed out as we were packing up to leave. Was going to tell the staff but they were busy with an unruly guest.

Check in was awful. The clerk-Denisse- was rude. Chastised me for booking through Orbitz. Did not have the room I reserved and fully paid for. Threatened to cancel our reservation instead of giving us a different room. This was all at 1230am. Was not good customer service at all.

I checked out 4 hours later after I checked in. I find

Stayed for a week while visiting family. The hallways were constantly littered with trash, laundry, and dishes which we had to walk by to get to our room. They were always out of everything, running low, or everything was in use (toilet paper, blow dryer, dishes, towels). For being a large hotel, you would expect better preparation. Finally, the once a week housecleaning that comes, skipped us. We called front desk and were told they are short staffed and they would put us down for the next day. The next day- no housekeeping still. I wrote to corporate through their website and received a generic “thank you for your input” email. This experience has ruined Extended Stay hotels for us.

Nice hotel - kitchen is great for in room cooking.

It was not a clean room. There was hair still on the hand towels from previous customers.

room was on the 3rd floor facing freeway. super loud. could not sleep at all

I didn’t like I could weed in the hallway after the second day I was their. Furniture is broke and trimming coming apart from counter.

Lobby service was terrible, I was waiting several minutes to be attended, littleones running and screaming on lobby, terrible breackfast (only coffe)

Every square inch of the floor was sticky. I would not want to let my bare feet touch any part of that floor. It was so sticky that after leaving the room my shoes were still sticking to the hall way for a while.
