Spacious rooms, indoor pool, complimentary beverages (from 5:30 - 7:00), breakfast buffet, convenient items for sale in the lobby and shuttle service to and from Disneyland.

I felt the staff was very professional and helpful. When my son dropped his phone in the swimming pool, I went to the front desk and asked about getting some rice from the kitchen. The front desk staffer didn't just call or send me back to the kitchen area, she walked back herself and came back with a container of rice. And it worked, at least so far. My only quibble was the it seemed really cold in the building, and especially in our room. Turning up the thermostat did nothing to warm the place up. The second day, we asked about the heating situation and a staffer brought up a space heater.

Love the grandness of the inner hall and lobby. They could do better by creating a better seal on the room doors. Other than that, i would def use them again.

Property is older. We often stay at Embassy Suites, this one needs to be upgraded. Still enjoyed our visit tho!

Great place to stay. Family friendly. Great price.

Everything that was listed or advertised was as it stated. The breakfast that came with the hotel has to be one of the best we’ve seen and having two children helps.

Big parking area but parking fee was not good. Good made to order breakfast

The internet was bad. We couldn’t get it to work. The pool area was extremely slippery and my grandson slipped, fell and cracked his head open. We had to take him to emergency room. I almost slipped too. Buffet was excellent! Room was excellent ‘

Friendly staff, good location and clean The breakfast and happy hour were above my expectations

The room clean ups did a good job The hotel is very nice and clean, with a great pool to hang out at. breakfast was good, just too little options.

Was not told that my reservation was two separate reservations which meant they would check me out and invade our room, despite the do not disturb sign. Returned to the hotel to find our key did not work. The staff reactivated the card and ensured that all of our stuff was there however we saw signs of intrusion such as the do not disturb sign on the table and cords that were unplugged. What an invasion of privacy. Furthermore, I was checked back in but the whole process was not conducted and so the next day I recieved a call to pay for my art pass given to me the night before and parking.

Loved this hotel. The bartender could be more personable. Dry dry sense of humor.

Hotel is on the older side, mattress was old and not comfortable, couch was old, stained and not comfortable either. Room was clean and staff was very friendly

Registration took a while and they couldn’t figure out what happened to my reservation. Had to go to front desk 3 times to fix issue with reservation. Lady helping seemed to be often confused and took a long time each time. Pool area was always messy and towels seem to be empty often. One afternoon we notified the front desk 2 times that there were no towels and they each time said they were calling someone to bring some to the pool. We waited an hour and no one came. We ended up copying other patrons and going to the gym to take their small hand towels. We came to our room on one day to find that housekeeping had fixed beds and collected trash but they didn’t leave us any new or old bath towels. When we finally jumped in the shower in the evening, the tub was filling up with water after having the water running for 30 seconds. Therefore you’d have to stand in used water coming up from drain that wasn’t working. We called front desk and asked they come in the morning to fix it since it was already late and we were heading to sleep. No one came the next day until we called them again in the afternoon that the drain was still messed up. I felt safe at this place and breakfast was great and beds were comfy however the high quality I've come to expect from a Embassy Suites has gone down. Some of the room furniture and bathroom cabinets even looked pretty worned down. Plus I felt like the customer service wasn’t as good and efficient as in past stays.

The hotel staff and breakfast are great! Hotel room really confortable! The only not so good is parking, really hard to find at night because of a club nearby which makes parking really difficult, the hotel must do something about this.

Our stay was ok, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff are super nice. The breakfast was not as good as I was hoping or accustom to from Embassy hotels. Lots of the food were taken away 30min before breakfast was supposed to end. Some of the food did not look enticing ie.. (bacon under cooked or burnt). Our bathroom tub was leaking and the screen door was hanging from the rail. We have never had a bad experience at any of the Embassy Suites so it was disappointing that we were not fully satisfied as we usually are.

On arrival my credit card was charged over $1000us even though my stay had already been paid upfront through Orbitz, I brought this up with management, they told me it had been their mistake but my credit cart was not reimbursed straight away, it took them ages to reimbursed me. A very troublesome experience!
