I like the staff they are so nice and help full the spacialy Dimon is really agood person.

You have to beg the Novotel staff to clean the room. They also refuse to print out a receipt at the end of the stay. Novotel claims all of this in the name of environmentalism while inadvertantly screaming cost cutting measures that impact the costumer's experience in a negative way.

Great environment in the hotel in general. But it was the staff that made the difference. We were one minute late for breakfast so the manager said we were too late. We wanted to see what they offered so went in to peek and the staff said, "you're not too late. There's plenty of food out. Help yourself and if you need anything we'll go and get it for you." Then we had some medical issue. The security guard, George brought us to our room and stayed with us until it passed. The night housekeeping person was just as wonderful and the concierge was incredible. They should open a hospitality school. The check-in desk was a little brusk, but it didn't matter. Very good. Especially the staff.
