Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was good and a great way to start the day. My room was comfortable, and I felt very safe. The best part was the location. I was within a very quick walk to the Van Gogh Museum, The Rijksmuseum, and Vondelpark. The tram stop was also just as close, and it took me everywhere else I wanted to go. I made a great decision when I chose this hotel.

Great. Loved the stay, staff, site, and location. Will stay there again, if possible.

Really liked this hotel - handy to public transit, many museums including the "must see" museums, and lots of restaurants. Our greeting host offered to reserve a shuttle pickup to the Airport, and she noted two separate departure times for my daughter and me, but only made the one appointment, with the result that we had to get her a taxi under time pressure. So note definitely to use the shuttle (save about 50% over Uber and cab) but verify that if you have two shuttle rezzies, that is in fact what will happen. Breakfast and hosting was topnotch, and the staff were really kind and attentive. Our room #32 had a balcony overlooking a usually-quiet street scene, though there's a preschool across the street which was sometimes noisy. Would stay again in same room. Loved Amsterdam!

Hotel Fita is a gem. Only 15 rooms, so it is almost a B and B. The location is quiet at night. But be aware there are steps to the door, and a very small elevator.

Hotel was located perfectly for exploring what I wanted to do in Amsterdam. Friendly staff who were very helpful with suggestions for transportation options, restaurants in the neighborhood etc. Also a selection of guidebooks to look at.

Very convenient location, right next to Van Gogh Museum, walking distance to all you want to see in Amsterdam. Excellent bed and shower, staff was polite and breakfast was pretty good!

My mother stayed there with my son. They had a great experience. My mother said that the owners family run the hotel and do a great job. The hotel is central but in an expensive area of town. The local restaurants are good but not a bargain.

Verb, very late check in due to lost luggage and filling out paper work etc, they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.

The room was lovely and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The stairs are very steep and the elevator was tiny. Breakfast was amazing.

I spent three nights recently at Hotel Fita and enjoyed it entirely. Comfortable, clean, practical rooms, great staff and a wonderful and plentiful breakfast. The location is also great with easy access to the museums, shopping and restaurants. Definitely a find!

A peaceful atmosphere with a gorgeous minimalistic decoration. Staff extremely friendly and breakfast is amazing. Located close to the museums and transportation. Overall, superb.
