Parking lot far from hotel because construction. Unsafe walking to snd from hotel/parking lot. Non-smoking Room smelled of smoke. Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights.

Great place to stay.

Nice to have the hotel close to the venue and casino.

Check in is not until 5pm and the line was very long with only 2 employees doing check-in. Then, check out time is 10am! Property was under construction, pool was closed and there was no room service. That being said, the room was beautiful.

Elevators still horrible 3 months later

The room was nice but I wish there was a microwave in the room. They had literally everything else.

They were going through construction. NO POOL. It was June and a really hot day. Even though it had a pool listed.

The staff could have been nicer

The hotel is currently under reservation with a temporary entrance to hotel far from the main parking lot. The lot near entrance holds 40 cars... completely full with no where to pull over and unload our bags.all spots full. We had to walk all the way over from main lot carrying everything while wearing our masks. Check in extremely slow process. Then walked pretty far to elevators only to wait :0-25 minutes for one to come down...ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m a 17 year military veteran , multiple deployments and current State LEO. Time is precious extremely during COVID-19. To be honest after the parking, check in and elevator incident I was ready to go home with my fiancé never to return.

Property under construction, very inconvenient to get into. For a 4 star place they need to upgrade tp and Styrofoam cups jeez.

Everything was great and updated. This is a great place to stay. Nice and clean.

Had a great time from start to finish. Every single Person I dealt with was extremely nice and so friendly. All the dealers and the pit bosses were nothing less than professional, informative, and classy.

Clean rooms and perfect for a weekend getaways. Although we had a rude staff member that ruined my stay but I can’t complain otherwise

We are so sorry about your negative experience. Our website states that our pool is shut down right now. The third party websites also have that it is currently under construction and to visit our site for all closures. We do apologize about this.
