The staff could have been nicer

The hotel is currently under reservation with a temporary entrance to hotel far from the main parking lot. The lot near entrance holds 40 cars... completely full with no where to pull over and unload our bags.all spots full. We had to walk all the way over from main lot carrying everything while wearing our masks. Check in extremely slow process. Then walked pretty far to elevators only to wait :0-25 minutes for one to come down...ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m a 17 year military veteran , multiple deployments and current State LEO. Time is precious extremely during COVID-19. To be honest after the parking, check in and elevator incident I was ready to go home with my fiancé never to return.

Property under construction, very inconvenient to get into. For a 4 star place they need to upgrade tp and Styrofoam cups jeez.

Everything was great and updated. This is a great place to stay. Nice and clean.

Had a great time from start to finish. Every single Person I dealt with was extremely nice and so friendly. All the dealers and the pit bosses were nothing less than professional, informative, and classy.

Place was very well maintained, organized, clean and the hospitality couldn’t be any better

The room was more then I thought it would be. VERY clean and sanitized! Lovely and comfortable bed! Stayed in the executive king suit.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very personable and wanted to make sure that everything was ok with your room. The Casino was very clean people wore masks and everyone social distanced. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Convenient location, clean, good value..................

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However, checkin time was 3 pm. We arrived around 3:30 and when we checkin in, we and all other guests were Being told the rooms weren’t ready yet. We never got the phone call that our room was ready until over two hours later (6 pm). If we arrived early we could understand having to wait for our room. But arriving after check in time and not getting our room for hours later wasn’t right. The rooms should have been cleaned. Check out is 11 am. No excuses for that long delay in getting our room number and room keys

Very nice place. We will definitely return. Enjoyed the stores and restaurants. Buffet was just ok and room was very comfortable. Love how they made a old plant into a casino

Rooms are basic but very large and clean . At the front desk Mary Kay was very helpful

Thank you for the feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed. The lobby is under construction so we can have an even more beautiful experience for our guests. I understand it was inconvenient to walk from our main lot but that is our only option currently. Please know that we are planning to return to our valet operations in the near future. This should make things much better for your next stay. We do hope to see you again in the future
