When I arrived at the property there was a problem checking in. No clean rooms, property from previous guest was still in the room. So our room wasn’t available. This is after they took a deposit on my credit card and then said no one there knows how to refund the monies. Never stay here, ridiculousness after have a reservation for 4 weeks.

The staff was friendly and professional. They also helped ensure my meds remained cool

Great location for our event

Found a bedbug on my pillow in the morning. Otherwise this is a slightly better than average Days Inn.

Felt safe

The bathroom was huge. I like we were able to schedule use of the pool and hot tub for ourselves. The pool area very nice and clean. Breakfast was hot and had some variety.

Very kind staff, easy check in, clean room. The bathroom was clean, but the tub/shower is in desperate need of update. Old crusty fixtures and tub.

Always enjoy a nice soak in a hot tub and there’s was odorous and about 85”.

Not a clean place but they are remodeling so maybe it will change

TV in room was not functional in first room provided and stain on top bed cover. Desk clerk nice and gave us a different room on 2nd floor. Walking back from front desk to go to 2nd floor seen 2 Oriental cockroaches found crawling on 1st floor of hotel. I preferred to have gone to another hotel, but only reason I did not was because I was so sick from traveling 12 hours in car I couldn't drive anymore.

No wash cloths were left in the room. We had to use hand towels to freshen up and bathe with.

Price for quality very good. Good location with food nearby.

For the price the room served us just fine. There was a dog in the room across the hall and I'm not sure there was supposed to be as the guest was peeking out into the hallway as we were coming toward our room. As one who has allergies to animals this is a little unsettling. The staff was very friendly!
