Must have been the only pet friendly hotel in the area. Had a hard time hearing my television early because of guests leaving pets in the room while leaving to go dining. Non stop barking and even after the hotel contacting the guests it went on for another hour, rude. Then in the morning the same complaint with a different dog across the hall. Will not stay in another pet friendly hotel if I can avoid it in the future. The hotel staff did what they could but rude pet owners are the problem!

Ok property. It's a comfort inn, so met expectations, but obviously not a resort. No food nearby, but plenty of restaurants within a few miles. Only negative was our card keys failed three times in two days so had to keep getting replacements.

The front desk was rude.

Another great stay with this property. Comfortable modern rooms with easy access to freeway and food/restaurant within walking or short driving distances.

Was just a little nervous about the area - had a vehicle full of items and was concerned about getting broken into - it didn't happen. If the car had been empty I would not have thought twice about it.

Great stay, ease of access to the freeway and downtown area. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. No problems with the hotel itself, great amenities and staff as well as comfortable rooms all around. Will be staying again in the future.

The property is clean and decent, but what I really objected to was the location. It is advertised as "downtown." The Comfort Inn & Suites is NOT downtown. It is located off the highway in a deserted neighborhood near a homeless encampment. There is nowhere to walk. In fact, we were told at the reception not to attempt to walk anywhere. The doors to get in were locked because vagrants sometimes come in to get warm. We were told not to say the number of our room out loud because it was dangerous--"someone could be listening in." I thought we would be "downtown," e.g., able to walk out and be on a main street with restaurants, etc. The name is FALSE ADVERTISING! Do not stay here unless you intend to drive everywhere.

Kinda tucked away and hidden from things, not super close to any restaurants or shops but close to freeway, and still quiet. Rooms were clean, spacious -- the hotel dolly is a pain and not at all helpful if you have a lot of stuff to unload.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a good option that is a quick drive to the central downtown area. It has all the comforts one could expect from a budget hotel, with nice touches like breakfast and cookies in the lobby. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, which for a frequent traveler can make all the difference. My room on the second floor had thin walls, but this is not unique to most budget hotels. The one thing I found that the hotel could remedy is to take off complimentary airport shuttle from their amenities list. Hiring rides were very easy, so this was not an issue for me personally, but publishing a service that cannot be met is usually not favorable for anyone (including staff who had to figure out whether an airport shuttle was available or not). Hopefully, their amenities list will have been amended by the time anyone reads this review. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable stay commensurate with its price.

Rooms and staff were nice. However getting to our room required walking through several hallways which looked older. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. Would use hotel again if traveling that way.

It was easy to get in and out. Location is right off the freeway; great for me, but the rest of the neighborhood was a little questionable if someone was thinking family friendly, safe, etc. The pet fee and staff were straightforward. All in all an easy one quick night on the road.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They have a free airport shuttle. All the rooms have been totally renovated recently. Good continental breakfast, with tons of choice. Very affordable, especially considering the recent upgrades and services provided.

The room was very clean & spacious had refrigerator and microwave . Had a bit of trouble with the TV no clear channels except for local channels .

The hotel was well kept up. Room was clean. Had a wide variety of items for Breakfast.

nice clean hotel, super helpful staff, nice breakfast options and wifi.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most and the dining area more adequate than many. The location leaves a bit to be desired. It's rather an industrial area and at night, when we arrived, seemed a bit unsettling. They provide a free on-demand shuttle to Old Town which made our visit much easier and the driver gave us a bit of a tour on the way. Our room was nice but had some issues. You had to remember to pull the door handle up instead of down, the bathroom faucet seemed to work in reverse as well and the toilet did not flush adequately. When turning on one lamp in our room, I felt a bit of a shock. The carpet was badly soiled and should be replaced soon.
