Very clean

They take cleanliness seriously. The building is older, but it's decent for the price.

Great indoor hot/pool. The night staff was sooo friendly and make the whole check in process really nice.

This property was shown with an Orbitz rating far higher than it deserves. It needs a refresh; beds were swaybacked and uncomfortable, and the non-smolking room smelled of old, stale smoke.

Clean, comfortable room. Connie really hustled to make breakfast a treat

Convenient, quiet, good parking. Great breakfast!

It was in Colorado but they forbade Cannabis consumption. That’s offensive for us who need it for medicine.

Not sure why Comfort picked this location. It is a little far away from the town. Guess that doesn’t matter because I have to assume anyone booking this hotel will have a car. Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious and have plenty of plugs for your electronics. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Would stay here again if in the area.

Some of the nicest staff we have ever met! They are always ready to help and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast was good and replenished quickly when items got low. Rooms were nice, and overall the hotel had a lovely atmosphere! Will definitely stay there again. We left a phone charger in the room, and they called us within an hour of check-out. The nacho happy hour bar with fresh cookies was a plus!

It was a quiet hotel at the outskirts of town, yet close to numerous other things and the college.

One of the best hotels in town. Very comfortable and convenient l.

we stayed here every time we worked in the valley. Have nothing to complain about.

We always stay here when we are working anywhere in the valley. Plenty of parking. Nice clean rooms. And the breakfast in the morning is a huge bonus! Would recommend

we always stay here when we work in the valley. Breakfast is good but not great. Rooms always clean. plenty of parking.

I would definitely rate this as more than a 2 star property. We arrived early and they sent two people to get a room ready for us, 20 minutes and we were in. The lobby has bowls of apples and oranges (the apples were excellent). The room was clean and comfortable and I really like having a little refrigerator and a microwave. The internet worked great. And the breakfast was really good with lots of choices. It is a little far from the center of town but worth it!

Check in was a snap, room was very clean and the breakfast was top line.

We booked a suite because we were traveling with small children and wanted to be able to separate them from us for sleeping. When we arrived, there were no doors between spaces, as was shown in the picture. So, the "suite" we paid extra for was nothing better than a regular room. Staff offered to downgrade the room with no refund for the difference. I was very disappointed to have overpaid so much for a regular hotel room.

I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. We were in the process of a renovation when this whole COVID craziness started. The workers left and have not been back to continue the renovations. I am sure you will be happy with the end results once it is finished. Thank you.

I understand your view point but as you know when you signed the registration card, it clearly states we are a 100% non smoking hotel. This includes smoking marijuana in our hotel rooms. Also, Colorado state law states marijuana can only be smoked in your home. Thus smoking marijuana in our hotel rooms not only violates our non smoking policy, but also Colorado state law
